Human Capital Partners (HCP) has made a strategic move to expand their presence into 2nd & 3rd tiers cities with the aim of following and staying closer to its customers. HCP targets the opening of 10 new representative offices in 2nd & 3rd tier cities by the end of 2012.
Having spent almost a decade as automotive industry specialist in China, HCP has decided to set up its own local offices in 2nd & 3rd tier cities such as Wuhan, Chongqing, Nanjing, Shenyang etc. where many leading automotive tier one suppliers and OEM companies locate their offices/manufacturing plants.
