Adriana Villarreal is responsible for designing and implementing training plans, as well as developing a systematic operation flow within the organization in Hong Kong & China
Prior to joining Human Capital Partners, Adriana was a cross-cultural trainer and consultant in Shanghai for international relocation companies, such as Brookfield and Berlitz, where she designed and delivered training programs.
She is a graduate of the University of Monterrey, Mexico, where she majored in Psychology. While studying, she worked for FEMSA, the largest beverage company in Mexico and Latin America, where she managed employees’ development programs and was involved in other Organizational Development matters.
