Frank Wei is leading the project execution team in Chengdu, covering the Automotive & Industrial sectors.
Prior to joining the Human Capital Partners, Frank worked as a Sales & Marketing Supervisor at TESA Greater China, where he was responsible for TESA industrial products in different industries in South China. Frank has also worked in Germany with Tetra Pak and Lufthansa.
In Chengdu, Frank has worked on the 110kv Ultra-Voltage Power Cable Project with the Chengdu National Power Bureau. In addition, he has also set up a strategic business relationship with Panzhihua Steel Group, helping it import strategic raw materials and export the finished steel products.
Frank’s involvement in different industrial projects have helped him develop strong project execution and project management skills. His multilingual and multicultural background have allowed him to understand the difficulties and challenges faced by firms conducting global business. His long-term experience and wealth of knowledge also allow him to find the right solutions for developing companies.
Frank has a Master in Business Administration from the Anhalt University of Applied Science, in Germany.
