Pan Lee is leading the project execution team in Hong Kong, covering the Automotive & Industrial sectors.
Pan has worked extensively with clients across sectors to recruit China Country Heads, Asia Pacific Regional Heads, and Functional Leaders at both the Greater China and Asia Pacific levels. He has advised clients across a broad range of functions such as Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations.
Prior to joining Human Capital Partners, Pan was a Program Officer at The Women’s Foundation, where he worked closely with the organization’s corporate partners in different industries.
Pan has a Bachelor in Social Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he majored in Psychology. While at the university, Pan participated in a number of research projects on Human Resources and Psychology.
